Due to the continued expansion of our business, Inter Relocation is looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator for its Budapest Headquarters.
Position: Administrative Coordinator
Period: Full-time employed position
Salary: 200,000-240,000 Ft net plus comprehensive bonus package including company mobile phone
Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written business English. Another language would also be advantageous but not essential
Managing home searches, lease contracts, school searches and other key administrative support for expatriates relocating to Hungary
Handling needs assessments via email and phone for new inbound relocating expatriates
Dealing with multiple contacts across multiple countries and time zones
Experience with administration computer and telephone-based administration
Excellent relationship building skills
The ability to keep a cool head when dealing with multiple tasks
A high level of attention to detail
A pro-active approach to managing tasks
Full on the job training is offered so prior experience of the relocation business is not required.
